Journal club で T さんが紹介。Membrane control のモデルシステムのひとつである、Drosophila synsitium を用いた研究。Female sterile になる表現型を指標に RhoGEF2 をクローニング。電顕でみると、 furrow canal が大きくなり（３倍程度）、細胞質が extracelluar にも。以前紹介したNCBのペーパーと絡めて再考察してみるとよさそう。レビューがあったのでそれの出典を聞かないと。
