Hrs regulates endosome membrane invagination and tyrosine kinase receptor signaling in Drosophila.
2002 年の Cell 誌から。Hrs (Hepatocyte growth factor-regulated tyrosine kinase substrate) の解析

• Point mutation でアミノ酸置換の変異体を使っていて、 full length 110kDa の Hrs が 30kDa になるような WB の結果
• 変異体での TEM 解析によって小胞系への影響を観察、
• RTK の活性制御（down regulation) への関与を WB で解析

Drosophila deltex mediates suppressor of Hairless-independent and late-endosomal activation of Notch signaling.
Notch 経路のの制御因子。Late endosomal marker として利用可。

あと EEA と RhoB の比較が必要。さっさと recombinant 取って、解析。
